Infrared Honeycomb Ceramic Plate
The infrared honeycomb ceramic plate produced by Sanhe Ceramics is made of cordierite material, and is formed into a honeycomb porous carrier with a regular structure through isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering processes. The product optimizes the mixing path of gas and air with a specially designed honeycomb pore distribution, promotes uniform flame combustion, and helps reduce energy loss. Its pore structure takes into account both high air permeability and thermal shock resistance, and can maintain stable mechanical strength in high temperature environments to avoid cracking or deformation.

2. Transportation specifications
Shockproof and rainproof, temperature control protection, placed in the direction of the mark, inverted and sideways are strictly prohibited.

3. Storage conditions
Dry and ventilated environment, raised off the ground, stacking no more than 2 layers, storage period no more than 12 months.

4. Instructions for use
Check and match the gas source before installation, pre-burn at no load for the first time, clean regularly to ensure safe operation.
