Product Description

Honeycomb Ceramic Regenerator for RTO/ RCO heat exchanger is a key part of regenerative high temperature air combustion ( HTAC), which is a new combustion technology with energy saving and environmental protection double functions. 
Honeycomb Ceramic Regenerator is mainly made from cordierite and mullite which are high temprate and pressure resistant and low coefficient of thermal expansion.

Advantages:
1. Lower the waste gas heat loss, maxmize fuel utilization and reduce energy comsumption; 
2. Increase combustion temperature, improve combustion conditions to meet the high temperature requirements of thermal equipment;
3. Expand the application range of low calorific value fuel, esp. the application range of blast furnace gas, to improve the utilization rate of calorific value fuel;
4. Reduce the emission of waste gas and harmful gas from products of thermal equiment;
5. Reduce air pollution and improve the environment quality.
