Ceramic Cascade Mini Ring
Ceramic Cascade Mini Ring is made of high-quality kaolin and scientific formulas through high-temperature sintering process. Its innovative step-shaped structure design combines the annular body with the internal support ribs to form a multi-level opening distribution, which effectively enhances the degree of gas-liquid turbulent mixing and reduces the wall flow effect, and has both high mass transfer efficiency and low system pressure drop characteristics.

Advantages and characteristics
The product surface has a uniform microporous structure, excellent acid and alkali resistance, high mechanical strength, and can adapt to high temperature, highly corrosive media and complex fluid conditions for a long time.

Efficient mass transfer: The stepped opening structure promotes interphase turbulence, and the mass transfer efficiency is improved by about 25% compared with traditional fillers;
Low pressure drop and energy saving: The flux is increased by 30%-50%, and the system energy consumption is reduced by 15%-20%;
Anti-blocking and anti-scaling: Open flow channel design, the particle passing rate is increased by 40%;

Application scope
Ceramic ladder ring packing is used in drying tower and absorption tower of H2SO4 production, and other chemical, coal chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection equipment, washing tower, regeneration tower, refining tower, carbon dioxide degassing tower and synthetic tower packing.

Notes
Packaging: Customized wooden box or shockproof woven bag, lined with cushioning foam, net weight of each box 500kg±1kg;
Transportation: Avoid severe vibration, rain and moisture, stacking height ≤4 layers;
Storage: The recommended warehouse temperature is 5ºC-40ºC, ventilated and dry, and it is forbidden to mix with chemicals;
Use: Before filling, the tower needs to be purged with inert gas to ensure that there is no sharp residue;
Use the "rotating spreading method" for layered filling, and the height of each layer is ≤1.2m;
When the system is shut down, the liquid medium needs to be emptied to prevent low-temperature freezing and expansion from damaging the filler.
