The monolithic honeycomb ceramic heat storage body produced by Sanhe Ceramics Co., Ltd. in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, is made of advanced production technology and high-purity raw materials (such as mullite, cordierite, etc.) and sintered at high temperature. The product is designed with a honeycomb porous structure as the core, with high specific surface area, excellent heat storage performance and high temperature resistance (the maximum tolerance temperature can reach 1350ºC), which can efficiently realize thermal energy storage and recycling. Its honeycomb pores are evenly distributed, with low air flow resistance, which significantly improves the heat exchange efficiency. It is suitable for industrial high-temperature waste gas waste heat recovery, thermal storage combustion system (RTO/RCO) and other scenarios. The product has passed strict quality inspection and has the characteristics of low expansion coefficient, strong thermal shock resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can operate stably in complex working conditions for a long time, helping enterprises to reduce energy consumption costs and reduce carbon emissions, which is in line with the national energy-saving and environmental protection policy orientation.

Notes

1. Packaging: Use customized wooden boxes or shockproof foam packaging, fill with cushioning materials inside to avoid transportation collision; the outer packaging is marked with "fragile" and "moisture-proof" signs, and the number of stacking layers does not exceed 3 layers.

2. Transportation: Handle with care, no throwing; avoid rain, exposure and severe vibration.

3. Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse with an ambient humidity of <70%, away from corrosive chemicals; place a pallet at the bottom when stacking to prevent moisture and deformation.

4. Use: Check whether the channel is unobstructed before installation; the initial heating needs to be heated slowly according to the process requirements to prevent thermal stress cracking; clean up the accumulated dust regularly to ensure heat exchange efficiency.
