The monolithic honeycomb ceramic exchanger produced by Sanhe Ceramics Co., Ltd. in Pingxiang , Jiangxi Province adopts advanced molding technology and high-temperature sintering technology, and has the characteristics of large specific surface area, high heat exchange efficiency, and strong thermal shock resistance. The internal honeycomb structure of the heat storage body is uniform and dense, and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and long life. It can be widely used in waste heat recovery systems in industrial kilns, waste gas treatment and other fields.

Advantages and characteristics
1. High specific surface area design: honeycomb regular pore structure provides a larger specific surface area, optimizes airflow distribution, and enhances the heat exchange efficiency between the heat storage body and the medium.

    Application scope
    1. Applicable industries
    Industrial kiln field: regenerative high-temperature combustion systems in steel, nonferrous metallurgy, ceramics, glass, cement and other industries.
    Waste gas treatment field: RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) and RCO (regenerative catalytic oxidizer) waste gas purification devices in petrochemical, chemical, spraying, printing and other industries.
    Energy recovery field: waste heat recovery system of gas turbines, boilers, coke ovens and other equipment.

    2.Applicable working conditions
    High temperature environment: long-term tolerance of high-temperature flue gas above 1000ºC, and adapt to frequent alternating hot and cold working conditions.
    Complex media: suitable for industrial waste gas environments containing acidic/alkaline components, dust particles, etc.
    High flow rate scenario: honeycomb structure design can withstand higher gas flow rate and reduce system pressure loss.

    Notes
    1. Packaging requirements: moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging is used. It is recommended to use wooden frames or pallets to fix them to avoid collision and breakage during transportation; the outer packaging must be clearly marked with "fragile" and "upward" signs, and product specifications and batch information must be attached.
    2. Transportation specifications: During transportation, the goods must be stably fixed to avoid severe bumps or high-altitude falls; it is prohibited to mix with corrosive chemicals, and the whole process must be protected from rain, moisture, and exposure.
    3. Storage conditions: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment to avoid direct contact with the ground. It is recommended to use pallets to raise it; during long-term storage, the integrity of the packaging must be checked regularly, and the stacking height should not exceed 2 layers to prevent the bottom from being compressed and damaged.
    4. Instructions for use: Before installation, check whether the surface of the heat storage body is intact and free of cracks. It is strictly forbidden to use damaged products; pre-drying treatment must be carried out according to process requirements for the first use to avoid thermal stress cracking caused by rapid cooling and heating; flue gas temperature, composition and pressure difference must be monitored during operation to avoid long-term overheating or overload.
