Product Description

Product Overview
The ceramic conjugate ring packing developed by Sanhe Ceramics Co., Ltd. in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province is a fourth-generation high-efficiency random packing that combines the advantages of ring and saddle structures. The product is made of high-alumina porcelain clay (Al2O3≥45%) as the base material and is sintered at 1400ºC. Its unique conjugate surface design and bidirectional open pore structure effectively improve the gas-liquid mass transfer path, with a specific surface area of 320m²/m³ and a porosity of ≥82%.

The packing reduces the pressure drop by more than 40% by optimizing the fluid mechanics properties. At the same time, it has excellent anti-clogging properties and can adapt to complex working conditions with a dust content of ≤8%. It has outstanding corrosion resistance to strong acids (H2SO4 concentration ≤98%) and strong alkalis (NaOH concentration ≤50%), mechanical strength ≥15MPa, and a continuous use temperature range of -196ºC~850ºC. The company adopts isostatic pressing technology to ensure that the product size tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm, providing high-reliability tower solutions for oil refining, fine chemicals and other fields.
