Ceramic Raschig Ring produced by Sanhe Ceramics is made of selected kaolin as the basic raw material, combined with scientific proportions and advanced technology. The product adopts an annular hollow structure design to effectively improve the gas-liquid contact efficiency and enhance the mass transfer and separation performance.

Advantages and characteristics
The ceramic filler adopts a scientific ratio of selected kaolin and inorganic materials, and forms a stable crystal structure through high-temperature sintering, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and suitable for highly corrosive environments. Its unique annular hollow structure and surface micropore distribution optimize the gas-liquid contact, improve the mass transfer and separation efficiency and reduce the system pressure drop, and can work stably at high temperatures and withstand thermal shock. The product has enhanced density through gradient sintering, strong compression and wear resistance, no aging risk for inorganic materials, chemical corrosion resistance, long service life, reduced maintenance and cost. At the same time, strict process standards are implemented in production to ensure batch consistency and meet the stability requirements of complex working conditions.
