Ceramic Combined Packing
The ceramic combination ring packing developed by Sanhe Ceramics is based on mineral raw materials such as kaolin and feldspar, and is made through scientific proportioning and high-temperature sintering process. It includes two series: all-ceramic and light-ceramic. The all-ceramic packing has a dense structure, excellent compressive strength and acid and alkali stability, and is suitable for mass transfer and reaction environments under harsh working conditions; the light-ceramic packing achieves internal micropore optimization through lightweight technology, and has both low stacking density and efficient mass transfer characteristics, which can reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation. 

Advantages and characteristics
This packing is made of natural mineral raw materials through scientific processing, with stable performance, environmental protection and safety. It is divided into two series: full-ceramic and light-ceramic. The former is corrosion-resistant and pressure-resistant and suitable for complex working conditions, while the latter is lightweight and efficient to help energy conservation and emission reduction. The annular structure optimizes mass transfer, and the process is strictly controlled to ensure quality. It is widely used in packed tower devices in the fields of chemical industry, environmental protection, etc.

Application scope

Notes
Packaging: Use shockproof wooden boxes or pallets for reinforcement, fill with cushioning materials, mark the model, quantity, and "fragile" and "upward" signs, and clearly define the stacking height limit.
Transportation: Handle with care during loading and unloading, and do not throw or squeeze. Vehicles must be protected from rain. It is recommended to use vehicles with shock absorbers for long-distance transportation to reduce the risk of fragmentation.
Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, away from corrosive substances, avoid direct sunlight and rain, and do not stack above the limit. The bottom layer should be covered with moisture-proof pallets.
Use: Check integrity before installation and remove damaged parts; fill in layers evenly, and do not trample or scatter; check and clean regularly under special working conditions, and do not use beyond the design range.
