1. Packaging requirements

Shockproof protection: The product adopts customized shockproof packaging, lined with cushioning materials (such as foam, pearl cotton, etc.) to ensure that it avoids collision and damage during transportation.

Specification labeling: The outer packaging clearly marks the product model, specification, batch, quantity and "fragile" and "upward" labels, which meet the transportation industry standards.

Sealing and moisture-proof: Moisture-proof agent is placed in the packaging bag/box, and sealed to cope with humid environment to prevent the packing from being affected by moisture and affecting performance.


2. Transportation specifications

Highly corrosive media: Tolerant to long-term erosion by acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents;

High temperature environment: Adaptable to high temperature scenes such as flue gas treatment (usually the temperature range tolerable is related to the sintering process);

3. Storage conditions

Environmental requirements: Store in a dry, ventilated indoor warehouse, away from high temperature heat sources and corrosive chemicals. The environmental humidity is recommended to be ≤70%.

Stacking specifications: Place flat on pallets or shelves, and the stacking height does not exceed the height limit marked on the package to prevent the bottom layer from being damaged by pressure.

Regular inspection: During long-term storage, the integrity of the packaging needs to be checked every quarter. Light porcelain fillers are preferred to avoid overdue storage (recommended ≤12 months).
