It uses local mineral resources and on the basis of the feed water ceramsite. It solved the core problem of BAF process. The product has won the national patent (patent number: ZL02209910.7). Project achievements have been commonly agreed in all over the country including experts in China.

The biological ceramsite filter material produced by our company is a kind of ideal artificial clay ceramsite filter material, which is made of local high quality clay as the main raw material by a series of processes such as drying, mixing, powder making, pelletizing, high-temperature firing and sieving.
