Ceramsite has excellent chemical performance, including chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, large specific surface area, strong sewage treatment capacity, better absorption, special granule, appropriate specific weight and durable.
Due to the accession of anti-corrosive rare earth in the lanthanide and actinide series, apart from the performance of common ceramic sand, the performance in anti-corrosion is further improved, and contain more stable SiO2, particularly suitable for chemical water treatment in boiler and producion of super pure water.
Ceramsite sand is made of quality clay as main material,add pore forming agent and binder,shaped through milling,screening,forming and sintering process. It is spherical particles with hard surface and developed microporous.
It has advantages such as big surface area, rich void volume, strong decontamination ability. Ratio of removing Nitrogen, Ammonia, Phosphorus is above 99%. It can replace Quartz sand and Anthracite in biofilter.
